💍 SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY 💍
Important: Before making a purchase, please review all International Service disruptions here.All physical orders (domestic and international) will be shipped out from the United States with tracked shipping.
International orders - Import duties, VAT, Lucid charges, taxes, and other similar charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If requested, we can make a note that this is a Gift. These extra charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
Digital PDFs will be emailed after all physical packages have been shipped. Please allow up to a month after the shipping period ends for digital items to be sent. We will make an announcement on our social media channels once the digital bundles have been sent out. Digital bundles may end up in your junk folder, so please check there first.

The information below contains rough estimates. Please allow for ~3 months of production after preorders end.
United States: Approx. delivery 1-2 weeks after sending packages out.
Canada & International: Approx. Delivery: 2-9 weeks after packages are sent.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your package has been shipped.
💍 RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY 💍
- Please note that all products from this shop are preorder items unless specified otherwise in their description. Orders are expected to ship around December 2026.
Shipping delays may occur due to shipping complications, inclement weather, cultural holidays, or production delays. Announcements will be made on our social media pages should any delay occur.- All sales are final after preorders are closed. We will only issue a refund while preorders are still open. Please provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, email address, order number, and full name the order is under) when requesting a refund.
- Please carefully review all item descriptions prior to purchasing. Once orders have shipped, they are out of our control. We provide tracking numbers for all shipped orders. It is the buyer’s responsibility to keep track of their order once it’s shipped.
- Before the shipping period begins, we will send out an email at least one week beforehand to fill out a Google form for any address changes. You can also send an email at [email protected] at anytime. Please include your full name, order number, and your new address in the following format:

✦ Any other special requirements for your package:- All items will be securely packaged in a bubble mailer. We are not liable for damage during shipping, transit, and handling.
- We are not liable for stolen packages during shipping, transit, and handling. Orders can be reshipped, if stock is available, upon purchasing again. Please email us so we can directly work on this with you.
- Exchanges are only applicable if we send the wrong order by mistake or an order is incomplete. Please provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email, order number, and full name the order is under) when requesting an exchange.
- Packages returned to sender due to customer negligence (wrong address given, customer did not notify us of the change in address, failure to pick up the package, etc.) will not be reshipped or refunded unless the buyer pays for shipping again.
- The Lakelight Vows Mod team reserves the right to cancel or refund a buyer's order should they violate any of the policies above.

How long is the preorders period?
Preorders will be open from July 15th until August 15th, 2026. We will make announcements on our social media pages if we decide to extend the preorders period.
Where are you shipping from?
We will be shipping from the United States.
Are you shipping worldwide?
We will ship worldwide as long as there are no International Service Suspensions currently active for that country. Please be sure to review this prior to purchasing. If we find issues sending packages to your country, we will send a notification via email and can work out shipping alternatives or a refund.
What will happen if packages are either damaged or lost?
All physical orders have tracked shipping. We are not liable for stolen or damaged packages during shipping, transit, or handling. Orders can be reshipped, if stock is available, upon purchasing again. Please email us so we can directly work on this with you.
What currency do you use?
All prices are in USD.
Do you ship to the EU/UK?
Shipping to the EU/UK is available. However, all VAT and customs duties will be the responsibility of the buyer.

When will I receive my order(s)?
Our shop operates on a preorder system, meaning we will begin production and shipping only after the preorder period ends. Preorders are scheduled to end on August 15th, 2026.
